Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are based on the calculations provided by shipping Carriers and will vary depending on several factors including the weight and distance. We will work to ship product as quickly as possible which may be the same day or the next business day. Shipping times vary, but generally you can expect delivery in 3-5 business days from shipment. We only ship within the United States. Shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska may be extra and you will be contacted by a Customer Service representative if additional shipping costs are required. Your approval of shipping charges is required and we will check with you first before changing any shipping charges.

If you would like to ship a large quantity of product by Truck Freight, please contact Customer Service for a custom quote that will include freight costs to your destination.

Shipments are sent with Business Day services. Carriers will not deliver on weekends.

Return Policy

You may return in stock items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We ask that the products you want to return are in New condition. Returned products cannot be used or damaged. Contact Customer Service to start the return process. If you would like a replacement product, please indicate you want a replacement when you begin the return process with Customer Service. Some products cannot be returned, including but not limited to Electrical products, Gas Operated products and Special Order products. For clarification about what products can or cannot be returned, ask your Customer Service representative.


Sales Tax Policy

When appropriate sales tax will be calculated on your purchase. Sales tax is calculated based on the rate at the destination address of the shipment. If you are a reseller and have reseller sales tax exemption from your nexus state, you must have a Business Account to make purchases and receive exemption. To receive sales tax exemption you will need to provide us certification of your exemption. Contact Customer Service to provide your reseller certification and it will be added to your Business Account.
